Attention::Rochester NY is once again taken by storm.
By the vengeance of a band called "Skodag" what ever the hell that means. But I am sure it is something cool."Skodag"is a
death metal band that hails from the Rochester, NY area.
This band has a lot of history behind them from where
they came from before they formed "Skodag"they came from other Rochester NY area bands such as Kalibis/Paleface and maybe
a few others that I cant figure out at this time.
But if you are a true death metal head (666) Then I think
"Skodag" is the right band for you.Thier self-titled demo was released in late Dec 2004, And was recorded at Watchmen Studios
in Lockport NY (Doug White)
Watchmen Studios and Doug White are notorious for producing
and making a lot of great demos for tons of Upstate, NY bands OK enough about the damn studio back to the band.
OK now back to "Skodag" their demo is very explosive
right from the start and very powerful needless to say I heard some sounds that reminded me of some older metal bands back
in the day such as: Suffocation, Baphomet and Cianide, But "Skodag" turns it around and creates a brutal,choas and self destruction
style of metal that is all their own,,
